I stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a junior suite and later to a grand suite with Titanium benefits. The rooms are new and nice but unfortunately don't offer any daylight. The service was excellent, with staff who handled situations wisely and patiently. The location is ideal for families and couples, attached to a high-end mall. The dining options were varied, and the facilities were top-notch.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The rooms were upgraded to a junior suite and grand suite with Titanium status, offering spacious and luxurious accommodations with a very comfortable king bed. However, the room isolation could be better as noise from adjacent rooms was a bit distracting.

The hotel offers probably one of the best Sheraton standard rooms around. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and filled with amenities, including a big screen TV and Wi-Fi. Thanks to Mr Aldino and Miss Amel for the nice service and keeping my room very clean. Special thanks to Merri for arranging a birthday cake for my partner, and to Fahmi, Arief & Fikri for the room arrangement.
